What file formats do you accept?+
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and most other 3D file formats. We convert everything internally.
What is the maximum print size?+
Our maximum build volume is 256×256×256mm. Files exceeding this must be resized before submission.
How is pricing calculated?+
Price is based on material volume, machine time, and a flat overhead fee. Final price calculated from your actual STL geometry.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes — you can cancel any time before printing starts. Once printing begins, cancellations are not accepted.
What is your refund policy?+
Unprinted orders receive an 80% refund. Once printed, cost of materials and machine time is non-refundable.
Do you ship nationwide?+
Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States from San Diego, CA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
What materials are available?+
PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU, PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA (Nylon), and PC. FDM only — no resin, ever.
How do I check my order status?+
You will receive an email with a link to your order status page after placing your order.
Can I order multiple files at once?+
Yes — up to 5 files per order, each with its own material, size, and quantity.
